The Management Board of the Company under the business name PORR Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000026184 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in connection with Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 on amendments to the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) calls upon PORR Bau GmbH with its registered office in Vienna, Republic of Austria, address: A-1100 Vienna, Absberggasse 47, entered in the commercial register kept by the Commercial Court of Vienna (Handelsgericht) under number FN 34160k, being the sole shareholder of the Company, to submit the share documents held for dematerialisation. The share documents must be deposited at the Company's registered office at: 123 Hołubcowa Street, 02-854 Warsaw.
