Appointment of Management Board member

Tomasz Rakowski was appointed to the Management Board of PORR S.A. as of February 14, 2024.
Tomasz Rakowski has worked at PORR since 2016, initially as Chief Project Officer, then successively as Director of the Project Office and Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Division.
In the company's authorities, Tomasz Rakowski will be responsible for supervising selected companies in the capital group and managing the entire geotechnical business, supervising the PORR Equipment Services Poland unit as well as the innovation area.
