PORR contractor for Pastelowa housing estate in Gdańsk

Warsaw, 4.11.2021 - PORR S.A. will build the Pastelowa housing estate in Gdańsk. As part of the investment, carried out on behalf of the Zakoniczyn Housing Cooperative, 319 apartments will be built. The construction works will begin this November and will take 22 months to complete.
Under the signed contract, a complex of eight buildings will be constructed at Pastelowa Street in Gdańsk. The Pastelowa housing estate will consist of six residential buildings, one commercial building and one of mixed function (residential with service part located on the ground floor). The housing estate will be uniform in terms of storeys - all buildings will have five floors and one underground storey intended for a garage. A total of 319 apartments and 329 parking spaces will be built on the housing estate. The contract entrusted to PORR includes also development of utilities, landscaping and construction of a section of a residential road.
