PORR to build the third phase of Międzyzdroje’s Aquamarina complex

Warsaw, 14.04.2025 - PORR S.A. has signed a contract with Marina Invest Sp. z o.o. for the construction of modern apartment complex Aquamarina III in the town of Międzyzdroje. The PLN 92 million project will be completed within 24 months.
Under the contract, PORR will build a complex of four buildings intended for hotel use. Their architecture will be inspired by the forms of luxury cruise ships. They will house a total of 199 spacious apartments with sea views and access to an underground car park. In addition to completing the weatherproof building shell, the contractor will also be responsible for finishing works and furnishing the apartments on a turnkey basis.
The investment also includes land development as well as the construction of a two-part retention basin with a stormwater pumping station. The work is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.
In 2020, PORR completed Międzyzdroje’s Aquamarina Prima hotel and retail complex for Marina Invest. It houses 110 apartments which have also been given a turnkey finish.
