PORR to be contractor of Selvita’s reserach centre

Warsaw, 12.07.2021 - Selvita S.A. – one of the largest preclinical contract research organizations in Europe has selected PORR S.A. as contractor of its own research area. The laboratory and office building complex will rise in Cracow at the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023. A contract has been signed for an amount of PLN 87 m.
The research centre will be erected on a land lot located at Podole Street in Cracow, near the Investor’s current head office. The heart of the new facility will be a complex of laboratories in the field of medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, in vivo pharmacology and analytics. In the future, the facility will provide jobs for more than 250 people.
By implementing this investment project, Selvita will secure 10 thousand square metres of additional space, ca. 4 thousand square metres of laboratory and office space included.
