PORR Equipment Services Polska (abbreviated as PES Polska) is a specialised, independent unit with state-of-the-art equipment used in all branches of construction in which PORR SA carries out projects both nationally and internationally. We support all areas within the PORR SA organisation in terms of construction equipment and vehicle fleet management.

Our business is based on highly qualified technical staff and our many years of experience allows us to guarantee the highest quality in PORR construction services and to ensure optimal management and maintenance of construction equipment.

Furthermore, the composition of the PES Polska unit is supplemented by additional departments that support the achievement of the objectives of the entire PORR SA organisation:

Energy Management Department - deals with searching for the best solutions for sustainable and efficient energy use.

The Energy Management Department is responsible for:

• planning and implementing energy efficiency improvement projects such as modernisation of existing installations or application of renewable energy (RES);
• implementing energy management systems to ensure the monitoring and reduction of energy consumption;
• conducting monitoring of energy efficiency of PORR SA equipment and properties; - monitoring of energy efficiency of PORR SA equipment and properties;
• verification of energy market trends;
• energy contracting for PORR SA based on the Group's strategy;
• The Energy Management Department is an active member of the ESG team in PORR SA.

Property Management Department - performs tasks in the field of property management and PORR SA regional offices to ensure their optimal use and maintenance. The structure of the DZN includes two teams: the Real Estate Team - Head Office and Regional Offices and the Technical Real Estate Team.

The tasks of the Property Management Department include:

• planning and implementing the real estate management strategy, including the planning of office and warehouse space and supervising the organisation of the space in accordance with the guidelines of the Group;
• overseeing lease agreements including negotiating contracts, leasing properties and managing leases;
• supporting activities related to the implementation of the sustainable development strategy,
  including through the use of green solutions and investing in sustainable real estate;
• service related to the operation of real estate.

IMS Department - actively supports the Board, management and employees of PORR S.A. in the implementation, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group's Integrated Management System (Integriertes Management System - IMS for short) based on EN ISO 9001:2015, EN-ISO 14001:2015, EN ISO 45001:2018 standards.

Tasks of the IMS Department:

• coordinate the implementation of Group procedures and prepare the adaptation of Group instructions, checklists, forms, etc. to local conditions;
• cooperation with process leaders and working groups preparing procedures (e.g. guidelines, instructions, forms, checklists);
• conducting internal audits in all units of PORR SA;
• coordination of external audits - certification audits;
• preparation of post-audit reports and control of the effectiveness of the continuous improvement concept;
• conducting onboarding and knowledge-enhancing training on IMS, preparation of training materials and coordination of expert meetings related to the Integrated Management System.
