PORR to build the reinforced concrete structure of Liberty Tower at Grzybowska 54 in Warsaw

Warsaw, 28.04.2025 - PORR S.A. has signed a contract with Resi GW Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to Cavatina Group capital group for the construction of a 42-storey residential building with a retail section and an underground car park at 54 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw’s Wola district. The PLN 75 million project will be completed within 16 months.
Under the contract, PORR will prepare the detailed design and construct the reinforced concrete structure of the building, including a 10-metre crown of the technical floor as well as the underfloor, earthing and lightning protection installations.
Liberty Tower will comprise two primary volumes: a height-accentuating tower and a podium forming the base of the structure. Situated along Grzybowska Street, it will feature an 8-meter deep single-volume arcade (spanning the ground and first floors), accommodating a publicly accessible space intended for civic use.
The high-rise building will stand 150 meters tall. It will accommodate 583 residential units and 2 commercial spaces. It will comprise 42 floors and 5 levels of underground parking.
PORR will complete the task in the spring of 2027.
